In this video posted by the U.S. Navy on Apr 11th, you can see that the trusses above water maintained their integrity. (There are images of the outline of the structure below the water that is similarly intact.) You can also see the damage to the bow of the boat where it hit the bridge. As for the scale of the images - assume each container is 40' long by 8' feet wide by nearly 9' high. They are stacked nine to ten containers high on the deck. That's about the height of a 10-story building, yet it looks like a toy compared to the metal of the bridge. This video does an excellent job of showing the types of activities and level of effort required to break down and remove the debris.
